Biography
Fort Lauderdale personal injury lawyer Adam Neidenberg has been litigating claims since graduating law school. He received litigation training at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office where he argued thousands of criminal cases in front of judges and juries. Once he became an experienced trial attorney he started his own criminal defense group and thereafter co-founded LaVan & Neidenberg, focusing only on representing disabled individuals.
Mr. Neidenberg has mastered the art of building a strong case and presenting it in a precisely structured argument to the judge. He trains the firm’s attorneys in assessing the legal issues of the case, presenting them to the judge, and cross examining experts presented by the Social Security Administration.
In 1996, Mr. Neidenberg graduated from Hofstra University with a Juris Doctor and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1993. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, 11th Circuit Federal District Court, United States Court of Veterans Appeals for Veterans Claims, and Department of Veterans Affairs Accredited Attorney.

I did not hire him or disability help group
When I saw his name on my SSA document I had no documentation of me requesting services. When I asked social security to remove me they denied to and when I asked disability help group to terminate services the declined to do it and I even contacted office of inspector general they never return my ca...

Tremendous help to Korean War Veteran
This company helped my Korean War Veteran Dad get a 100% rating through the VA. This law group pushed the ball and kept it rolling. I would recommend any veteran that believes the VA has not fairly evaluated their case to reach out to this law firm.

My attorney neidenberg has done nothing but contact social security to let them know they are my attorney. He doesn't return my calls. Even after I tell him I'm gonna call and make a complaint. Sad .

Scammer
This man scammed me bad, he didn't stand up to the judge at all. I was told a percentage for them and they are trying to get more out of my tiny check when in fact I should of been able to receive much more on disability but instead I only got SSI.
