When I saw his name on my SSA document I had no documentation of me requesting services. When I asked social security to remove me they denied to and when I asked disability help group to terminate services the declined to do it and I even contacted office of inspector general they never return my ca...lls. I'm following up with the state bar of California. I'm disabled and over $4000 was taking from me. When I worked my case on my own.

This man scammed me bad, he didn't stand up to the judge at all. I was told a percentage for them and they are trying to get more out of my tiny check when in fact I should of been able to receive much more on disability but instead I only got SSI. I have held a job most of my life and the judge only... went back one year. The 3 years before I was hurt bad in a accident. And had no choice but to go on SS.

Scott layden represented me in my disability case which I started in Nov. in December I went back to work and received a call from Scott Layden He told me he was not going to take my case because I went back to work. He stated he would have nothing to do with any future dealings with me. I contin...ued on with ssi and did all the work myself. When I was approved for ssi I received my back pay from ssi. Minus 25% of my back pay to the attorney. I called Scott Landry and expected him to apologize for the mistake and reimburse me. He told me he was keeping it and I asked why? I said you dismissed my case after a couple weeks . He said we filed for you. I said so you’re going to keep the whole 25% of what was paid to you? I told him you quit! I can understand keeping a filling fee but to actually keep the whole 25% (the most disability attorneys are allowed) is beyond understanding! I did all the work. It makes my stomach sick that they would do this. I have read other reviews for Neiderman and associates and found a lot of other reviews basically the same as mine. Others…being fired for incompetence and still going after the persons disability back pay. Shame on you!

I contacted him to get representation with my disability claim. Speaking with a representative of his company, I indicated I was in the reconsideration process. I gave them information for I thought case understanding but they filled a new claim. I did not know this until I hired him. Adam called me ...indicating they filled a new claim and I asked him why? He said don’t worry about that. He then said he couldn’t represent me and it would be up to me to undo the second application they’d filled. I explain my unique situation prior to them accepting me.

My attorney Donnel Beckles went far and above to get disability and never backed down. Mr. Beckles was very attentive to my needs and communicated with me quite often and was always concerned about every step and procedure along with his assistant Ash Britton what a winning team results VA disability...
