WAS FORCED TO FIRED EDWARD HOEG EXTREAMLY UNPROFESSIONAL

I WAS FORCED TO FIRE THIS ATTORNEY! Edward Hoeg took my case and charged me a $5,000.00 retainer which I paid in full. Every step of my case he showed minimal interest. He showed up late (30 plus minutes) to every court appearance, didn't respond to emails, and barely communicated via phone or tex...t. There were days I had to call the person who referred me to this attorney just to tell him to call me regarding my case. There was no communication prior to any court appearance. When I confronted him (at court) he literally got upset and defensive and told me to go (F myself). At this point I was ready to fire him. Later got a text message apology, telling me he had a lot going, overwhelmed with a high profiled murder case he was working on. Unacceptable, and unprofessional to say the least. At this point he had my money and I had no choice but to move forward. Last month I had another court appearance. I called him multiple times prior to the court date and again he never responded to calls nor texts. The day of court he again arrived late thirty minutes (IN SHORTD AND A T-SHIRT), never spoke to me about what our plan for the day was then starts to leave the court room telling me he's going to go get a coffee. Completely unacceptable and a disregard to my case. He filed several docs with the court which were standard docs. I was told by multiple attorneys that those docs take minutes to send, yet this guy has charged me a total of $5000.00 for what max four hours of work. This attorney is a straight crook, who will also share your personal information with other clients. We had a meeting where he was telling me personal information regarding his murder case which raised a huge red flag for me. That case had nothing to do with me and I was not interested in any information regarding someone else case. Matter of fact I'm sure that's also a breach of contract and possibly jeopardizing that person case as well. The guy is does not know how to act professional ZERO self control and goes completely off the handle DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY IF YOU VALUE YOU CASE, TIME AND MONEY. WORST MISTAKE I MADE... I will file a lawsuit against him and report him. Hope my hard earned money you stole from me was worth it. You should have done the right thing and be a ethical man practicing law, unfortunately you're not and I found that out first hand.

Horrbile!!

He was my brothers attorney for a case that he had and it was just one bad thing after another. He started out great but as the case went on it just went south. He would not return phone calls, we had to remind him of every court hearing and he was just rude. He would always tell us that he had the c...ase one but when it came down to the trial, he changed his story saying that it was better to take the deal that my brother was being offered.
