Takes your money and doesn’t even go to court for you. He is a financial lawyer and tried taking on my criminal case. The judge literally laughed at him. Years later I have had two lawyers and a public defender tell me my lawyer didn’t do the right thing by taking a plea. He got paid 5 grand to get m...e the same plea as a public defender would have gotten me. He made me plea guilty to something I didn’t do telling me I would go to jail if I didn’t. Dealing with Brian has been a pleasure since the first phone call. I was in an immediate legal bind, the first thing I did was jump on google and start running down the list of attorneys in my area.
