Carlos Alberto Canet

Mr. Canet is a lifesaver & the best attorney I could have ever asked for. The state wanted 8.5 years in prison and would not back down. My first attorney (NOT Canet) told me to take the 8.5 year plea bc my case was a clear win for the state and trial would be suicide. Within a month of hiring Mr Cane...t, he discovered missing evidence, contradicting testimonies AND internal investigation reports discrediting a key witness in my case. Once he started filing motions, he had the state so scared they put their best attorney on my case. At my first hearing, he had the state trembling & had the tenured officer on my case stuttering and fumbling his words. He made both of these experienced professionals look like unqualified rookies. Even the judge called the officers testimony “baffling” & pulled Mr. Canet to the side and said “you are a great attorney Mr. Canet.” He is aggressive and without a doubt the most knowledgeable in any courtroom. He is honest, fierce and a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. Needless to say I am a free man today, Thanks to Mr. Canet. I decided to use Carlos's after speaking with several attorneys after receiving another DUI charge with very special circumstances and a blood draw with serious consequences and several grey areas. Carlos was not the cheapest and made no promises but that is why I choose him. He was extremely knowled...geable of the law and very professional and always available.
