Ralph David Williams

I was extremely fortunate to have hired David Williams for a traffic accident that involved a fatality. He explained the severity of the situation to me when I was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way. He was willing to meet with me as many times as I asked and even provided a copy of the accident report to my closest friend who is a trial lawyer in Atlanta. After a review of the report, David said we definitely should go to trial and also said if he didn't think so, he would tell me. Even though I knew I was innocent of the charge, due to David's exceptional knowledge of traffic court law I was acquitted. He is honest and has a sincere interest in his clients. David's a stand up guy, extremely sharp, extensive expertise in handling "tough situations", works well under pressure and among other things he delivers! I have referred a few of my colleagues who at times found themselves in compromising situations and have received nothing but positive feedback from them.
