I was extremely fortunate to have hired David Williams for a traffic accident that involved a fatality. He explained the severity of the situation to me when I was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way. He was willing to meet with me as many times as I asked and even provided a copy of th...e accident report to my closest friend who is a trial lawyer in Atlanta. After a review of the report, David said we definitely should go to trial and also said if he didn't think so, he would tell me.
