Biography
Born in West Palm Beach and raised in Israel and Atlanta, Mr. Alexander graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a Bachelors in Business Administrations with a focus on Marketing and a minor in Economics. In 2007 he graduated from the University of Miami’s Law and Business Schools, attaining his J.D./M.B.A. with an emphasis on Finance, Commercial and Bankruptcy law.
Mr. Alexander is a member of Damian and Valori’s bankruptcy and receivership practice groups, regularly representing trustees, debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases, debtors and creditors in insolvency, workout and liquidation matters, assignees in assignments for the benefit of creditors proceedings, and receivers in state and federal equity receiverships.
