I hired Ms Simmons to help with a child custody case & can say I would definitely not recommend her services. Not only was nothing accomplished, she kept me on the phone and used other forms of communication to run her bill up. Her advice was not helpful, she was not thorough, and then sends me an o...utrageous bill. There are much better attorneys out there with much better attitudes & approaches towards service.

I retained Ms. Simmonds for a Custody dispute that has been on going since before our child was born. The mother of my child refused to allow me to be a part of the child's life in any way because of her own personal vindictiveness. I retained three lawyers prior to Ms. Simmonds who could not get the... judgement that was fair to our child. Ms. Simmonds was able to address my concerns, reunify me with my child, and protect me and our child from future alienation attempts by the mother. There are very few lawyers in Broward County and Miami-Dade County who can not only sympathize but also have enough patience and understanding to help a grieving parent understand their rights. From my observations Ms. Simmonds also has a great understanding of the presiding judges. She is intellectual and sharp at the same time. Lastly, she is extremely responsive to my calls, questions, and inquiries about the case. If you want the job done right I recommend that you consult with Ms. Simmonds.
