TERRIBLE LAWYER
This woman is a terrible lawyer I acquired her through Marble Law and she constantly had me confused with other people she worked for. Then would she would realize she had the wrong person she would literally tell me oh I was just about to call you that was of course a lie. I would not recommend this...
Sir, this is your third attempt at leaving a false review. I only respond for the benefit of the public to confirm this is a false narrative. I pray you receive the help you need. Be blessed. TO THE PUBLIC: I dodged a bullet by parting ways with this potential client; and I hope anyone else reading this will also dodge the temptation to commit self-sabotage in your family case. Please Remember: When you are in court with your co-parent in regards to your child, you are legally required to keep your address updated with the court and with your co-parent unless you have an injunction/restraining order. That will allow you to keep your address confidential. You cannot withhold your address simply because you rather not share it. This is not only illegal, but puts your child at risk. If (God-forbid) an emergency arises involving a child or the child's parent, the other parent should know where the child is staying. Secondly, the last thing any person in court wants to do is get on their judge's bad side. How does one do that? Disobey court orders, lie to the court (which they tend to see through in most cases) and behave in a way that tells the judge that you are too immature to co-parent and put your responsibilites to your child ahead of your own desires. Once a judge thinks of you, the other side wins. 'More tips on my YouTube channel! Be well. - TS

Tasha Simmonds, Esq.
I'm a court reporter with a lot of experience seeing attorneys work. Unfortunately, I had to handle an issue of my own and had the honor of having Tasha Simmonds help me get through a very difficult hearing. First, she jumped in last minute to help me; and second, she was amazing!!! Between Ms. Simm...
That was quite a day, wasn't it? I could not believe how you were being treated! Being there with you reminded me why I got into this business. I hope to serve you again in the future, even as a listening ear. - ts

Awesome Representation
Hired Ms Simmonds to represent our company on a civil matter that was being looked at in a criminal light. She spoke with detectives and represented us well at a questioning. In and out in 5 mins with the end result being confirmed as a civil matter. We were extremely happy with how the case was h...
Thank you for taking the time to relay your experience. 'Would assist you again in a heartbeat - ts

Professional, quick and friendly.
Tasha is amazing to work with. She feels you in on everything she’s doing along the way. So friendly when it comes to answering questions and is extremely thorough. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her.
Thank you for the review! I still remember your case. You were wise to reach out for help to keep it from falling through the cracks...who knows how long it would have taken to do what we did together in just 7 days! I hope you have been doing well. - ts

Disrespectful , over priced , and not helpful
I hired Ms Simmons to help with a child custody case & can say I would definitely not recommend her services. Not only was nothing accomplished, she kept me on the phone and used other forms of communication to run her bill up. Her advice was not helpful, she was not thorough, and then sends me an o...
Dear Poster: On our telephone conversation (which took place right before you posted this), you stated you did not feel you had to pay me the hourly rate you agreed to because I was employed by a firm that gave me a paycheck. I regret that we could not agree on that point. I enjoyed representing you in the past when I obtained an order for your child's mother to pay you child support and I enjoyed getting her recent relocation case against you dismissed. I regret that you do not feel I am worth the result I obtained for you but I do not regret working with you. Be blessed.
"I strongly endorse this lawyer. Attorney Simmonds is passionate and dedicated attorney who goes above and beyond to achieve great results for her clients."
"Tasha takes every case as if it's her first case. I've seen her work so hard on cases that I thought she was borderline fighting for her own legal rights. No doubt about it, she's one of the best."
"I endorse this lawyer. Tasha is very knowledgeable in the law and is very professional and really care about her clients!"
"Tasha is an extremely zealous advocate. As a fellow attorney, I would personally recommend her to anyone looking to hire an aggressive attorney, who will go to bat for her clients. She is persistent, fair, and extremely personable."
