Daniel Hernandez is a first-generation Cuban American attorney licensed to practice in the State of Florida, as well as Middle and Southern Districts of Florida Federal Courts. Daniel is a bilingual attorney fluent in English and Spanish and has focused his practice on First-Party Property Insurance Litigation representing policyholders against the insurance companies.
Daniel Hernandez Graduated from Florida International University with a Major in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology in 2008. Daniel obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law with participation in the Pro Bono Honors Program. In Daniel’s 9+ years of practice he also has experience in various other fields of law including: Criminal Law, Foreclosure Defense, Immigration, and Bankruptcy.
Daniel was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Daniel met his wife in college and they both studied law together before they began practicing in their respective areas. Daniel enjoys the water and water sports during his off time with his wife and children. Daniel is also a big sports fan of all Miami Sports.
