Christopher A. Narducci

Chris Narducci has got to be one of the most decent, compassionate, giving attorneys I've ever had the pleasure to experience. Over and over, he has come to the rescue of my sister, whose struggles with addiction, mental health issues and resulting criminal charges have brought her repeatedly before... magistrates. His availability and willingness to represent her at the drop of a dime speaks volumes about his desire to help those in need. His openness and “shooting straight” advice and representation have been a lifeboat to our entire family in the treacherous storms and unfamiliar territory we lay people face in the otherwise unfamiliar ground of a courtroom. I always felt comfortable and confident in his abilities to truly do whatever he could to give us the best results. How many times he actually delivered beyond what I thought was possible! There are no words for me to truly thank this man for all his years of steadfast dedication towards my sister's success. She finally is living a fulfilled, drug-free, legally free life & I can sincerely say that Chris Narducci is a very big part of how she got here. It's hard to meet attorneys who truly care, nevermind ones who you feel are fair in their fees. He has generously waived many charges he could have charged us. I am glad to say, this man is more than an attorney, he is simply a genuinely good man and human being.

Mr. Narducci was insensitive during my case that involved domestic abuse where I was the survivor. He would not even use the abuse to defend my case and my ex got residential custody of our children. Ultimately the final settlement included child support where I was not given credit for the number of... over nights which was much greater than the 20% threshold for FL which cost me over $600 a month. I didn't find this out until it was months after the final settlement. It took me a year to save to hire an attorney to fix the child support. I even offered to pay Mr. Narducci to fix it and he stated he did not reopen settled cases. My new attorney who was amazing often stated it was like I wasn't even represented. It cost me $10000 to fix Mr. Narducci's incompetence. My new child support is $90. If it had been figure correctly in the first place it would have saved me 10k.

I highly recommend Chris Narducci, and feel very grateful that I had hired him for my case. He is caring, responsive, knowledgeable and well prepared. He is upfront, intelligent, reliable and well respected by the judges. I was able to put my trust with the utmost confidence that he did, and will do ...anything and everything possible to achieve the best results. I did not have an easy case, I was not offered any plea deals by the District Attorney, who remained relentless and unforgiving, who pushed for the maximum prison sentence. Mr. Narducci had to implement various strategies, and make numerous court appearances with me for close to a year. Mr. Narducci's strategies and expertise has kept me out of prison, and when my probation period is over, adjudication is withheld so I will not have a felony on my record. At times I was very stressed out, which Mr. Narducci had the compassion, foresight and kindness to arrange face-to-face office meetings. He never misled me or gave me false promises. Mr. Narducci clearly presented all my options, and I would have paid more to go to trial, which he was willing and confident, though it would be a higher risk to do so. He was never greedy or pushy nor manifested hidden fees. Mr. Narducci's fee was reasonable and he arranged a payment plan that was doable. He had very good standing with the judge and was honest and ethical. I don't feel other attorneys would have provided the same level of consistent personal expertise that Mr. Narducci had. I am sincerely thankful and highly recommend Chris Narducci for any and all legal matters.
