I'm still dealing with the effects of his botched advise. First off he filed my case under the wrong Chapter (Chapter 7 when it should have been a Chapter 13), and the United States Trustee office sought to dismiss my case. I had to go to another lawyer to quickly change my case over to one Chapter 1...3 case, which wound up costingme a lot more, and the info in the first case was all wrong, which is now making my Chapter13 case much harder to get approved. As of right now I do not know how it's all going to turn out. All I can say is I should have checked out his credentials ahead of time.... I later learned this lawyer doesn't even handle Chapter 13 cases, only basic Chapter 7 ones. All I can say to people is this ..... Do your homework first!!!
