Bad Advise
I'm still dealing with the effects of his botched advise. First off he filed my case under the wrong Chapter (Chapter 7 when it should have been a Chapter 13), and the United States Trustee office sought to dismiss my case. I had to go to another lawyer to quickly change my case over to one Chapter 1...
