Family Attorney

A friend of mine recommended Stuart when she heard the father of my child was trying to change our current parenting plan. She told me she had gone through various lawyers before him and that he was the best she's seen. I must say that I am beyond thankful that Stuart was able to get me the best outc...ome! He is very knowledgeable and has years of experience which shows through his professional yet fierce demeanor in the courtroom. His passion for law is also evident as he fights for the best for his clients. His understanding and interpretation of the law are exceptional. He was always prepared and one step ahead of our opposing counsel. As far as client treatment goes, he kept me well appraised every step of the way and answered all my questions. His assistant Debbie is a sweetheart. Always polite and helpful. I had questions and concerns and she always took the time to make sure they were answered. They make an amazing team. I highly recommend him he is worth every penny!!

Amazing attorney and a FIGHTER! Stuart got everything I wanted in a custody case I had.

Stuart and his team are professional, honest, genuine and absolutely one of the best attorney's I know who handled my custody case. This was a easy process because Stuart and his team made it so comfortable for me. My case just closed and Stuart fought so hard, I got everything I needed and wanted. A... good attorney is a fighter and Stuart is a fighter. He is dedicated to not only you as a client, but especially the children involved. I highly recommend Stuart.

Great Lawyer

My words alone cannot do Stuart House and his firm justice. I give 5 stars and the utmost respect and recommendation for his services. Before I met Stuart, my previous lawyer laughed in my face and told me no judge would give me what I was looking for in my custody case. Other lawyers I consulted wit...h said it was either go to court (and probably lose) or just settle with the cards I was dealt in mediation (which was a crap deal). I was at the point of giving up all hope. I'm not the usual case. I'm a man who has been solely raising my 5 year old the last 4 years and my rights were being threatened. Once Stuart took over my case, everything changed. He was aggressive and turned the tables around on everyone involved. Not only did I not not end up going to court, but I got every thing I wanted for me and my son. Thank you, Stuart I am forever grateful.

Positive resolution during my time of need

I hired Stuart House to help me with a post judgement custody issue that was rather urgent. Stuart helped me to positively resolve the issue in a timely, no nonsense manner. I didn't feel like I was just a number and he resolved my case quickly without running up a huge bill. I highly recommend Stuar...t for any of your family law needs.

Peace of mind!

I hired Stuart a few years ago to work on a complex custody matter...he is just incredible! Needless to say, I am very pleased with the work that he's done. I echo what all the five star ratings have already pointed out! I would absolutely recommend Stuart House.
