Ms. Lisa McCue and her very helpful assistant Carol were a delite to work with these past two years while I underwent one of the most painfully embarrassing and stressful times of my life, going through bankruptcy and foreclosure. During all this experience Ms. McCue always made me feel at ease, ret...urned phone calls promptly, reassured me through emails when I would ask silly questions at times, never made me feel they were silly. I was so scared to go to court to get my bankruptcy discharged, she met me in the parking lot at the courthouse, talked small talk to relax me, explained exactly how the process worked in court, and, that is exactly what happened. I have just now vacated my home, which was heart wrenching, Lisa sent me an email to see how I was doing, and told me it was a pleasure to work with me these past two years, and if I needed anything to just call. Wow Lisa McCrue is probably one of the most honest and caring lawyer I have ever met! I went in because I needed quite a few complex questions answered that were in her field of expertise. However, I knew I would not need her paid service after she answered my question. So I called her secretary and... asked them if I can pay Lisa an hourly consultation fee to answer my questions. The secretary insisted that the first hour of her time was free no matter what. So I made an appointment for the free consultation. When I met Lisa the first thing I mentioned to her was that I just needed some questions answered and would not need her paid services. I offered to pay her again for her time but she politely declined and told me that she would be very happy to answer my questions. She took her time and answered all my questions in great detail even though she knew she wasn’t getting paid a cent! How many lawyers these days do you know that will do that??? I was so impressed that when we were finished I offered to pay her again, I offered her $150 for just 20 minutes of her time. This time I pushed and insisted that she take the money. She again very politely refused with a smile and asked me to just refer her to people I know. Amazing lawyer here people!! If you ever need help in the areas she covers don’t go anywhere else!

The McCue are really terrific advocates for consumers. They are extremely thorough and protective of their clients. Due to their thoroughness our court appearance was extremely short compared to other litigants whose lawyers did not have their information together. We were asked a couple of questions by the judge and we were finished within 5 minutes of the beginning our hearing. My family and I would definitely use the McCue law firm again. If you want a fantastic pair of lawyers who are absolutely thorough, truthful with their advice and protective of their clients; this is the firm for you. They really fight for their clients. Plus, their fees are extremely reasonable, they feel the client has already been through enough and don’t need to pay exorbitant costs. As a note, a month after our case hearing, we received foreclose papers. The mortgage company had been planning this the whole time and had no intention of working with us on the short sale.
