Sean Michael Clayton

I was facing lengthy jail time for a repeat DUI and at the time also needed heart surgery. Sean negotiated delaying my court date and getting me on an ankle monitor that measured alcohol and made sure I wasn't drinking, which helped me stop drinking before the surgery. At my court date, he fought to ...keep my jail time to two months when it could have been a year or more. I've been out of jail a month and sober for six months. He was totally professional as my attorney and his efforts for me helped me get back on track, He is more than a lawyer to me, He is an understanding and compassionate human being, but he never sugar coated what I had done or what I was facing. He kept it real so I was prepared for the outcome, but he also helped me get my life back.

I can't recommend Sean enough! He was very upfront with me about my traffic ticket and my chances of him dismissing or at least reducing the ticket penalties. I came away highly impressed with his professionalism and demeanor. All the while all I had to do was send him an image of my ticket and he t...ook care of the rest. A few weeks later I heard back from him and my ticket was entirely dropped and no fees were assessed. I couldn't have been more pleased w/ the services he provided and at the level of quality to which he provided them. Would 100% recommend him as an attorney. If he pays this level of attention to all his other cases, I'd go with him in a heartbeat for every other legal issue I have (hopefully none going forward!).

His brilliance and professionalism cannot be understated, but he also genuinely cares about his clients. He knows that the legal system is a numbers game for the prosecutors and will always help out those who find themselves in its crosshairs. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
