Dear anonymous, I am sorry you did not have a favorable experience at our office. I value each and every one of our clients/potential clients and thus strive to always maintain excellent client relations. While I do not recall the incident of which you speak and base on the post the incident would have occurred over 2 years, I must say I believe you were mistaken that you saw when I returned from court and that you were not greeted at that time, as I do not usually use the reception entrance; further failing to greet a client would be uncharacteristic of me. In addition, I believe the fee to which you refer was for a consultation. It is our policy that consultation fee (when applicable) is paid before the consultation to discuss the case. I sincerely apologize for any uneasiness you may have felt and do hope that you will contact me in the future so I may speak with you personally.
