Biography
Miss Opal P. Lee is admitted to practice law in Florida and the island of Jamaica (having offices in both jurisdictions). She founded FloJam Legal in 2006 and is one of the managing attorneys. Miss Lee earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from Florida International University College of Law, and Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School.
Miss Lee possesses extensive experience in the areas of Immigration, Divorce and Family Law. Miss Lee is committed to providing efficient, effective, reliable and aggressive representation to her clients and will ensure she delivers only high quality representation to all clients. Miss Lee ensures that the firm remains "client-focused", as creating and maintaining excellent client relationships is her foremost priority. Miss Lee may be heard each Saturday at 7:00 p.m. on Florida's radio station, WAVS 1170AM, and each Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. on Nationwide 90FM Jamaica addressing various legal topics such as divorce, child custody and visitation, alimony, equitable distribution, paternity disputes, immigration and real estate.

She kept me waiting for a long time. She called and apologized and said her assistant would start with me and I said I was not in a rush and would prefer to wait for her. Replied last January 25, 2017Dear anonymous, I am sorry you did not have a favorable experience at our office. I value each and every one of our clients/potential clients and thus strive to always maintain excellent client relations. While I do not recall the incident of which you speak and base on the post the incident would have occurred over 2 years, I must say I believe you were mistaken that you saw when I returned from court and that you were not greeted at that time, as I do not usually use the reception entrance; further failing to greet a client would be uncharacteristic of me. In addition, I believe the fee to which you refer was for a consultation. It is our policy that consultation fee (when applicable) is paid before the consultation to discuss the case. I sincerely apologize for any uneasiness you may have felt and do hope that you will contact me in the future so I may speak with you personally.
