Melissa Groisman

Melissa Groisman, Esq. is an AV-Rated Florida Real Estate Attorney at Greenspoon Marder LLP based in Fort Lauderdale. She is known for her approachability, responsiveness, proactive approach to deal making, and ability to mediate difficult situations.

Through the years, Melissa has handled many residential and complex commercial real estate transactions, the development of condominium projects, and commercial leasing matters. She has experience in general contract disputes, real estate purchase and sale disputes, construction defect claims on behalf of residential and commercial owners and contractors, corporate dissolutions, probate and trust administration and litigation, and residential and commercial evictions.

Melissa is a native Spanish speaker and conversationally fluent in Hebrew and French. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, her Masters in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar.
