As a former Prosecutor, Mr. Danz has handled thousands of cases and taken over a hundred cases to trial, with great success. Mr. Danz is uniquely qualified to handle any case given his experience both in and out of the courtroom. Throughout his career, Mr. Danz has handled virtually every kind of criminal case. Misdemeanor charges ranging from DUI and Battery to Theft and drug possession. He has also handled Felony charges including, but not limited to, Grand Theft, Felony Drug Possession/Delivery, Drug Trafficking, Aggravated Battery, Burglary, Robbery, Firearm Offenses, Attempted Murder and Sexual Battery.
