I been fighting back and forth with jail and probation. After doing 5 months with a horrible lawyer. I hired Johnny and he got me out at like my first court date with him. Johnny was the absolute best at handling my Domestic Violence case. My ex-boyfriend managed to get me arrested July 2017 by calling the cops and making a false report that I scratched him on his chest. Once i was released from jail on bond, my ex made 3 other police reports claiming I was making cont...act with him. When it came to my sentencing October 2017, I was stuck with 4 pending charges, 1 for Domestic Violence and 3 for Violating Pretrial Release. I provided my Public Defender with the evidence to prove my ex has lied. The Public Defender told me even with all my evidence the judge could still decide to put me in Jail for a year so my best option would be to take a "No Contest" plea which would keep me out of jail, but put me on 12 months probation and 6 months anger management instead. I was extremely upset with this because I know I did nothing wrong and no one would listen. So I took the Plea. January I was referred to Johnny to help me with my case, I spoke with him and decided to hire him. Even though I was past the time given to appeal my case, Johnny was able to get the Judge to listen and agree to look at the new evidence I had to provide. FINALLY May 10th 2018, Johnny succeeded in getting ALL my charges as well as probation COMPLETELY VACATED!! I am more than satisfied with what Johnny was able to do for me. For 7 months I struggled with severe anxiety having to deal with a crime I never even committed, not having anyone listen to me. I would use Johnny again and again and again. I recommend him to everyone of you going through any type of criminal issues. He is fantastic! Thank you so much Johnny.
