Okay, if I could've given a higher star rating, I would've! My family has hired Mr. Weekes numerous times ( I'm a bit incorrigible lol) for me, since like mid 2000's, and he is honestly THE BEST! He is super knowledgeable, reasonably affordable, with a great paralegal and an even better reputation.... John Weekes has miraculously gotten me out of more legal binds than I can count. He has an awesome rapport with numerous Judges and state attorney's. It's like as soon as he steps into the courtroom, I know for a fact that I will be okay. I honestly owe him my freedom today. There's no case too big for him to crush. So, if you're still looking for a defense attorney... You just found him. ... Youll thank me later.

I got into trouble in broward county back in 08. I was arrested and my bond was 1,000,000. A very severe charge(trafficking). It was my first time being arrested. There was no way I could afford to bail myself out. And every attorney I called wanted 20,000. I hired a public defender and she told me m...y charges were very serious and I was definitely looking at prison time and she told me about attorney Mr. John Weekes. She told me he charged a fraction of what other lawyers charge, he will get you out of jail and keep you out. He came to see me that day. Couldn't believe he came within an hour.. He answered every time I called while I was in jail, it goes right to his cell phone. He told me he could get my bond reduced. He did, to 75,000. I have alot of points and technically I'm suppose to go to prison because broward cty uses a point system. Mr. Weekes has kept me out of jail. I've just had probation reinstated, no time added! I just recently had court date for early termination of probation. John Weekes got my probation terminated early. even with so many violations. Mr. Weekes dominates the court room. I tell everyone that needs a lawyer about him. I've run into so many people that have used him and they can't thank me enough. I feel confident when I recommend Mr. Weekes. He is professional, available on his cell phone, his office staff are wonderful as well. I have used Mr. Weekes for a variety of cases since 2008 till now. The first time we sat down in 2008 for a consultation, I knew I was in good hands. John has always made me feel like, even in the craziest of my legal storms, that everything was going to be ok. I could always rely on him to call me ...back, text me back when ever I had questions, concerns or just to even check in on what the current status was of my case. Mr. Weekes was on vacation with his family when a serious legal problem arose for our family. Not only did he answer his phone and despite being away he assured us everything would be ok.
