SIMPLY THE BEST!

Been through family drama after taking care of my disabled father who is surrounded by individuals who tried to take advantage of a disabled elderly man. MR Weekes stood up for my honor and defended my honor and stood by my side for over a decade. Despite financial difficulties he always understood a...nd gave me time to make payments toward my legal defense bills owed to him. If you choose him to defend you... my only advice is to believe in him 100% thanks again Johnny.

500 Star ⭐ Attorney!!

Okay, if I could've given a higher star rating, I would've! My family has hired Mr. Weekes numerous times ( I'm a bit incorrigible lol) for me, since like mid 2000's, and he is honestly THE BEST! He is super knowledgeable, reasonably affordable, with a great paralegal and an even better reputation.... John Weekes has miraculously gotten me out of more legal binds than I can count. He has an awesome rapport with numerous Judges and state attorney's. It's like as soon as he steps into the courtroom, I know for a fact that I will be okay. I honestly owe him my freedom today. There's no case too big for him to crush. So, if you're still looking for a defense attorney... You just found him. ... Youll thank me later.

The best of the best!

I’ve honestly known and utilized Johnny for almost 8 years now. I met him through my ex who Johnny was representing at the time (who Johnny also helped tremendously) and ever since then I have used him for several cases that I have needed him for. He ALWAYS is there to answer the phone literally no m...atter how many times you bug him, he is honest, realistic and always works with you. If it wasn’t for Johnny I truly do not know where I would be. Love this man. 10/10 recommend always! Thank you J. Weekes!!!!!!

Not a defense lawyer at all!

He deceived me did not defend me at all had to do my own investigations on my case would not allow me to ask questions. One day I was in his office after 4 months of being on house arrest letting him know I was profiled and my case was absolutely self defense. So he calls the arresting officer right ...in front of me put him on speaker and just so happens they are practically best friends coach each other's kids and on and on they mostly talked about sports then he asked the officer about my case which the officer laughs and make a jokes saying I had no business in that neighborhood due to my ethnicity. Not knowing that I was in the area due to my wife's mother and other family live at the address I was going to.where I was unlawfully arrested. The arresting officer who unfortunately ended up being best friends with John Weekes the lawyer I hired to defend me ends up protecting the lies on the police report and Mr. Weekes continuously put me off would not listen to my statement and threaten to kick me out his office if I say anything on the day of our meeting when I had requested motions that should be filed. When I proved to him by calling my mother inlaw and verified the address I was arrested at he quickly got defensive due to the lies that the arresting officer made on the report all evidence as far as video cam were on my defense. After 5 months of house arrest and no income with a 7 year old child that I have from my previous deceiced fiancé and court date after court date with the same results every time I was put in a corner there were no victims and the BSO officer "John Weekes" good friend and coaching buddy did not appear in the court on the motions that were filed. The state said it was mandatory that he was there but no show.. So the judge gave him 20 min still no show, the show begins no witnesses,no victims and the arresting officer does not show up for a mandatory statement against me as a witness. As I was sitting there it was very obvious this whole arraignment was staged all they wanted was a conviction and me to plea out at this point. Due to all the sircumstances and dragging out the case which I was clearly the victim on the judge was going to reset a court date well how is that even legal? So my so called defensive lawyer starts negotiating pleas not what I wanted but due to the acting and staged setting I had no choice but to except to do the right thing by my family considering I had no income for five months and going deep into debt. I recommended 3 people to Mr. Weekes which I greatly regret. He will not listen to you he is very rude definitely not a defender more like a crook and works more for the state to make you plea out so you have a conviction. He works for the BSO and the state due to my experience. Also after hiring him I ended up with identity theft and all my emails and social media hacked, which was basically my business and only used social media for family purposes but it was very tragic.
