I met with one of her specialist Fabi (great person), I brought her all my stuff and she also helped answer all the other questions I needed. She was very thorough with me to make sure we don't miss anything to file. I was so nervous and scared.. but they made this whole nightmare easy.. Even going to the creditors meeting I was drying and Mrs. Soto made me feel at ease.. She had compassion and I was happy she was there representing me. Her whole team from Sarah that answers the phone, to Fabi to Mrs. Soto are all amazing! If you are looking for a firm to represent you and make you feel like family then she is the one to hire. I have used Carmen Soto a few different times. I was so pleased with the way she handled both my cases. She handled one case for me personally and one case for my business. She explained things to me and kept me updated as to how my cases were progressing. I felt like she really knew how the lega...l system worked. I would definitely use her again without question.
