After experiencing four attorneys in a singular divorce, I can confidently attest to this office being the absolute best I’ve worked with. Their interest is in justice for their client, not profit. Service truly focused on quality and client interests. Truth be told, I wasn’t the easiest client at ti...mes, with great odds stacked against my case. However, regardless of conflict or struggle, the service provided was consistently outstanding.

Let's start off by saying that this is your fair warning, Do not use this firm as my experience was complete injustice. I shopped around and found several other firms for much less but was lead to believe that this was the firm to use at nearly double everyone else's cost....I was given the run aroun...d on what was going to be done on my behalf several times. I chose this woman because of the reviews she received but obviously they were not correct and far off in my case as you can tell. After having the free consultation and believing all these ways she would help me in getting a divorce which she ADVISED me I ended up in a worse situation than I had started. Instead of using the money I gave her as a retainer I could of used it to pay my rent and to take care of my children ect.... I Ended up having to give my children back to their father, because I had no money left to care for them after two months of her PROMISING EMERGENCY FUNDS soon, that absolutely never happened, she gauranteed my husband would get served papers which I thought was why I paid her the 4200 dollars along with emergency funds. I trusted in her word, After 2 months of her service rendered He was never even served with papers and I was being evicted from my home, I trusted her and gave her all the money I had, my whole income tax check. $4,200 retainer only to receive $1100 returned to me after I withdrew from her service because nothing was done! She basically left me to dry. I felt I was treated Unfair and taken advantage of at a difficult time. Also she charged me a half hour of my money for a email which I only stated that "I have no money please Help" I could keep going on and on but It is what it is and let's just say I learn my lesson 35 years old and I am still with my husband by the way. Not enough money to even get a divorce. And I'm glad actually in one way because me and my husband are happy again but besides that she Was no help to me at all and there are too many attorneys in that town to choose from. Good luck to anybody who uses her. I have no clue why her reviews were so high!!!! C.R.

I highly recommend Carmen Soto and her team! I had to file for bankruptcy and I was so scared and ashamed. I searched for days looking for an attorney and I came across Carmen Soto's page.. I read her reviews and saw all the great reviews, not one did I read that didn't meet the client’s needs.... I ...then decided to meet with her in May 2016.. After the first meeting with Mrs. Soto I felt so relieved.. she explained the process and what my options were. Answered all my questions without hurrying me, she was so knowledgeable. You can tell she is there for her clients. She gave me a reasonable price for her services, honestly I was so nervous that’s the last thing i was thinking of.. I left a deposit and then i was able in full at the end of November.. I had paperwork to turn in to get the process going. I met with one of her specialist Fabi (great person), I brought her all my stuff and she also helped answer all the other questions I needed. She was very thorough with me to make sure we don't miss anything to file. I was so nervous and scared.. but they made this whole nightmare easy.. Even going to the creditors meeting I was drying and Mrs. Soto made me feel at ease.. She had compassion and I was happy she was there representing me. Her whole team from Sarah that answers the phone, to Fabi to Mrs. Soto are all amazing! If you are looking for a firm to represent you and make you feel like family then she is the one to hire. I am an avid reviewer and am so thankful for the reviews that led me to find this firm.. You will not be disappointed, I know I am not! Carmen was absolutely amazing with my case. Not only did I win my settlement, but I felt that I can trust her and she wasn't out for my money.
