Carla Patricia Lowry

The week of June 4, 2018, I emailed an attorney with motion attached and key details of the case. An attorney contacted me and referred me to Carla Lowry who then emailed me, called me and text me. She was very responsive in the beginning. When I met with her on June 14, she said she reviewed all tha...t was attached to the email and that she can do the sentencing scoresheet 3800 motion for $5000 including restoring his rights. I have detailed records and emails of what she is able to do. August 21, Carla said she didn't have good news and a letter will be mailed to my busband .Finally, we received a letter after a few weeks. She never once spoke to my husband (the defendant ) until October 8th. From the day I paid $2500 June 21st until August 21st. When my husband spoke to her its as if she was still unaware that this was a post conviction relief. We did find another attorney who told us she is not an expert on post conviction and I won't have to pay this new attorney until we get a hearing date.

Carla Lowry and Allison are outstanding Attorneys and not only is Carla an impressive attorney in court but as well is touched by altruistic motives in her work, which is not that common for this field. I am so glad, that I found Carla and Allison because I have a high conflict divorce case with cont...empt of court and non-pay of my separated husband. I believe that Carla and Allison will help me to find justice in all parts of my divorce, as well for child custody. So far, Carla presented herself in court much better than the opposite Attorney's (he is on his third Attorney:) and Hilda is to the utmost helpful with any scheduling needs. To find such great team of Attorney's especially in a high conflict divorce is a blessing.
