I thought I was hiring Carmen G. Soto instead got this nightmare. Allison Bishow lied to me that she was just going to “help” out with my case - she took my case from jump. For 1 year and 8 months she did nothing on my case. She kept filing motions to move the date and delay. After nearly two years s...he had the audacity to ask me for $4,000 more money. I decided to relinquish her services. Bishow’s legal strategy appears to be “delay-delay-delay.” She cost me money, time, and I lost my case.

To anyone that is going through a divorce, I understand very well how important it is to choose the right attorney. I live in NYC and my wife moved to Florida. She did not let me see my son for almost 5 years. I did not know what to do, so I had to fly out to Florida to fight for visitation as well... as a divorce. I spoke to many attorneys but ultimately I decided to go with Allison. I can’t begin tell you how lucky I was for choosing her. My ex wife was a very difficult person to deal with, and her lawyer was even worse. Luckily Allison took control of the situation very quickly, always outsmarting the both of them and being two steps ahead. My ex’s lawyer was acting like I had no chance in seeing my son and was constantly bragging that he was going to win this case. When I originally started the divorce, I was absolutely convinced it was going to be never ending but Allison assured me that I would be seeing my son and finalizing the divorce within a few months. To my surprise, that was exactly what happened. My ex׳s lawyer eventually gave up and I got to see my son! This was a very stressful and emotional time for me but Allison and her entire firm supported me in every way possible. I am proud to say I have finalized my divorce about a month ago and have since, been able to speak to my son everyday and see him. I still can’t believe I am done. Big thank you to Allison! She is just an incredible attorney and an amazing person Again, thank you so much to all of you. I will definitely be recommending this team to anyone else I know of that’s going through a divorce down there in Florida.

Allison assisted me through a highly contentious and difficult divorce. Allison was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. The opposing counsel caused frivolous litigation and used unethical and underhanded techniques in an effort to get my ex things he was not entitled to. Allison however..., with her knowledge of the law, complete professionalism, and ethical standards succeeded in getting me what I wanted and deserved. I believe this is why I prevailed.
