When I think about a lawyer I dont think about some one that is going to undesrtanding and caring but sure Attorney Allison Bishow change that for me. My case was a bit complicated me been in a different state but willingly to move for my child she made that transition way more easier checking on ...my well been as well that everything with my child. Besides making me feel comfortable about my case and specially that i never fought about my Rights as a Father. Overall I am gratefull about getting to know attorney Boshow.

I am single a father and one day my sons mother decided to abruptly take him away and cut off all communication with me. I lost contact with my son for months while I tried to figure out where they had gone. Once I finally found them, I knew it was time to take action to get him back full time as I k...new his mother did not have the means to take care of him on her own. I then sought out an attorney and The Law Offices of Carmen G. Soto P.A. came highly recommended. Upon my consultation, they appointed Allison Bishow for my case. Allison took on my case with compassion and took strategic actions over the course of two years. My case was more difficult than most because my sons mother didn’t have any drug issues or anything. Ultimately, Allison worked hard to prove that she was not fit to care for my son and I won full custody as a single, young, black father. Allison is thorough, attentive, kept me updated and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She took what was a very stressful situation and turned it into an outcome that beat the odds. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Allison. I would highly recommend her as she has proven that she is best woman for the job.

I thought I was hiring Carmen G. Soto instead got this nightmare. Allison Bishow lied to me that she was just going to “help” out with my case - she took my case from jump. For 1 year and 8 months she did nothing on my case. She kept filing motions to move the date and delay. After nearly two years s...he had the audacity to ask me for $4,000 more money. I decided to relinquish her services. Bishow’s legal strategy appears to be “delay-delay-delay.” She cost me money, time, and I lost my case.

Allison assisted me through a highly contentious and difficult divorce. Allison was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. The opposing counsel caused frivolous litigation and used unethical and underhanded techniques in an effort to get my ex things he was not entitled to.
