Don't have a lot of experience in the probate arena, but we purchased an asset from an estate and it took months to get the documents straightened out. They were actively involved in getting it sorted out, and at times had to wait on 3rd parties for weeks. In some instances we did not receive timel...y responses, but considering the circumstances, it was not unreasonable. After months of back and forth, we finally got it resolved. They went above and beyond and did what was necessary to get the issues resolved. The overall experience was positive and we would work with their firm again.
