My family and I retained A Thomas Law by way of Adrian's false promise to personally handle our case -- instead he stuck us with a less than aggressive associate who was overworked, overwhelmed and did next to nothing in the 3 years of service. When the mess that was created surmounted so high that i...t was nearly impossible to get out from under, they withdrew as counsel. If you want to get something done, go elsewhere.

He agreed to take on a case for me on deferred payment. I was to pay 10% on top of his already high fee for that privilege. Once he realized there was actual work involved he spent an hour trying to convince that he wasn't firing me as a client and breaking our deal, but he was asking me to agree to ...pay him $50,000 in cash in advance. I offered him a note on my house, to put the house on the market the next day -- he still hedged. Finally realzing what was happening I asked him to answer directly if he would continue to represent me as per our contract, if I did not pay him $50,000.00 in cash. He said -- "Yeah -- I don't really care about anything but the cash." He was kind enough to send a bill though.
