Adrian P. Thomas, LL.M., J.D. is the founding partner and shareholder of Adrian Philip Thomas, P.A., a boutique Fort Lauderdale law firm specializing exclusively in Florida probate, trust, and estate litigation. Based in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, he has practiced law for nearly three decades and has represented clients statewide since opening the firm in 2002.

Mr. Thomas concentrates his practice on complex estate and trust disputes, both prosecuting and defending claims. His work includes will contests, undue influence, lack of mental capacity, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with an expectancy, trust litigation, probate litigation, and related matters involving estates, trusts, and guardianships.
