I hired Adrian to help me with my parent’s estate. Adrian and his firm and the service they provided me were 5-stars all around. He was very knowledgeable about my case and that helped me out great deal. Before I spoke to Adrian, I spoke to a couple of other attorneys about my case. I WAS SO CONFUSED...!!!!! When I spoke to Adrian, he made my case very easy, if I had a question I could always email him or call him and he would respond fast. I hired Adrian after a former attorney dropped representation of my case. I sued my brothers for undue influence under my Mother's Trust. This was a complicated case that involved multi - jurisdictions over 3 states. Adrian worked tirelessly with my attorneys in Ohio and Washington uncovering the ...twisted journey and (financial and psychological) exploitation of our Mother who had Alzheimer's. Adrian uncovered the medical records of my Mother and medical malpractice cases against my brother who was the executor of the estate and fiduciary who engaged with my other brother in a two-step complicated process with my Mother to disinherit my children and me between the lawyers in Ohio and Florida. Adrian was able to show through meticulous discovery, depositions, pleadings, skill in negotiations that Adrian is a master and is the finest of attorneys. He is not an average attorney. I am genuinely confused how the reviews are so high and makes me wonder if they are even real. I had the most terrible experience with this firm. It wasn’t until I substitued counsel that I realized how conflicting their advice and guidance was. They led us to believe their bad advice on multiple ...occasions and had we not seeked out another firm, my family and I would be in an almost impossible position. My new counsel was astounded at how poorly they directed us. I provided their firm specific examples on the poor advice they gave prior to our departure, and they still proceeded to charge my family and I nearly $4,000 from the initial $10,000 retainer we paid. Please avoid at all costs and I am open to anyone who wants to reach out so I can provide more specifics. I would not want this to happen to any family who is going through what we are as it is already a challenging time.
