DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have been trying to find an attorney for a medical malpractice case for almost a year and a half. I came across the miami shark and did my free consultation. From the start, Attorney Hunt was very rude, made me feel like I was an inconvenience and a waste of time. He asked me ...to get a number of things together for my case, which I did. I was asked to get an expert medical witness eval but it was 5,000 which I had to pay upfront but didn't have. I expressed to him that I would find a provider to do the eval. I flew all the way to Fl to have the eval done and when I submitted the report, it was not sufficient enough. While on the phone with his legal team and him, he shouted " just tell her I am done, she wasted enough of my time and I'm done dealing with it. " He didn't do anything!!! His legal assistant did everything! and he wasn't even 100% sure he was going to take my case. I understood why the eval was not enough and agreed to pay the 5,000 for the eval he was going to provide. I emailed explaining to him that I was getting my funding together and if he honestly thought that I had a case or if this was really a waste of time. He then emailed me back saying I was wasting his time and that I needed to look else where. I emailed him back explaining everything again and he told me he didn't have time to read my emails. He did not understand that this is expensive and not everyone has tons of money laying around and that we sometimes have to come up with a plan to pay for things. Erika is great!!! but he is not! He will make you feel like you are beneath him and nothing you do is good enough. From reading the other reviews, it sounds like he does this to a lot of people by making them feel like they are unprepared when it is him that is unprepared and willing to do anything on his end. Erika is amazing though, I just had to point that out. She helped me so much and is so kind and she even couldn't believe how he spoke to me on the phone. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. IF YOU HAVE A CASE THAT HE WILL MAKE MONEY OFF OF, HE WILLBE GREAT BUT IF IT WON'T GET HIM A LOT.... HE TREATS YOU LIKE YOU DON'T MATTER.
