I hired Mr. Alvarez after my insurance company failed to provide a reasonable settlement, for the excessive damage caused by an irresponsible tenant to my rental home. I had tried to reach a settlement with the insurance company, even hiring an adjuster to review our claim, but the insurance company ...was non-responsive. I met with Mr Alvarez, he reviewed my claim, his method of operation and discussed his rate structure. All were acceptable to me and I hired Mr. Alvarez. he started to work immediately, and prepared the appropriate documentation required to present my claim. After a response from the insurance company, Mr. Alvarez rejected their initial offering after consultation with me. We discussed a settlement amount I would accept and Mr. Alvarez explained his reasoning on the various amounts we discussed. I reached an internal target for settlement, which Mr. Alvarez agreed with and he presented this settlement to the insurance company. They agreed to this settlement amount and we reached a very timely settlement. After Mr. Alvarez was hired as my representative, the process went very smoothly and much quicker than I expected. I am very pleased with Mr. Alvarez's performance, found him extremely personable and knowledgeable and recommend him highly!

After fighting with our insurance company that refused our claim for a new roof after damage from Irma, we hired Danny to see if he could resolve our claim. He kept us informed periodically & worked with the company's attorney to reach a settlement that was agreeable to both parties. It was quite fru...strating until Danny got involved but he was very patient & reassuring, & in the end we got our much-needed new roof.

Mr. Alvarez was very knowledgeable and patient as he walked through the whole legal process with my wife and I. Unfortunately, my insurance company would not pay for roof damages due to Hurricane Irma. We won and I was very happy with Mr. Alvarez's communications with me and my Roofing Company.... Would hire him again and refer him as the opportunity presents itself.
