I hired Mr. Alvarez after my insurance company failed to provide a reasonable settlement, for the excessive damage caused by an irresponsible tenant to my rental home. I had tried to reach a settlement with the insurance company, even hiring an adjuster to review our claim, but the insurance company ...was non-responsive. I met with Mr Alvarez, he reviewed my claim, his method of operation and discussed his rate structure. All were acceptable to me and I hired Mr. Alvarez. he started to work immediately, and prepared the appropriate documentation required to present my claim. After a response from the insurance company, Mr. Alvarez rejected their initial offering after consultation with me. We discussed a settlement amount I would accept and Mr. Alvarez explained his reasoning on the various amounts we discussed. I reached an internal target for settlement, which Mr. Alvarez agreed with and he presented this settlement to the insurance company. They agreed to this settlement amount and we reached a very timely settlement. After Mr. Alvarez was hired as my representative, the process went very smoothly and much quicker than I expected. I am very pleased with Mr. Alvarez's performance, found him extremely personable and knowledgeable and recommend him highly!
