Although my primary focus has been in the area of insurance coverage litigation (auto, property/home, health, life), I also handle wrongful death claims, personal injury claims (auto, motorcycle, boat, cruise ship, aviation, slip & fall) and other civil litigation matters. I have litigated and supervised thousands of lawsuits for both plaintiffs and defendants and accrued significant trial experience in both the County Courts and Circuit Courts of the State of Florida. Prior to establishing my firm, I served as staff counsel for an automobile insurer.
