I hired Mr. Alvarez after my insurance company failed to provide a reasonable settlement, for the excessive damage caused by an irresponsible tenant to my rental home. I had tried to reach a settlement with the insurance company, even hiring an adjuster to review our claim, but the insurance company ...was non-responsive. They agreed to this settlement amount and we reached a very timely settlement. After Mr. Alvarez was hired as my representative, the process went very smoothly and much quicker than I expected.
