Andrew Franklin Rier

I needed an attorney at the last minute and Mr. Rier came highly recommended. He came to court prepared as if he had been working on my case for more than just a couple of hours. Mom paid this lawyer a $10,000.00 retainer. This lawyer (Andy Rier) told me "Not to worry, I'LL get your Mother's $20,000.00 back" from Wachovia Bank... Mom's lawsuit was dismissed by the judge because her above lawyer (Andy Rier) failed to show up for the judge's court Hearing. Obviously, thi...s lawyer is NOT trusrworthy and he has refused to return Mom's $10,000.00 Mom should have collected her missing $20k plus $10k (Retainer) and more... NOTE: To be fair, Mr. Rier did offer to return $1,500.00 back to my Mother!!!

Most lawyers would try to lie to you and tell you something that you want to hear well this lawyer in particular is not that type of person when he says he's going to do something he gets it done he has done an amazing job for me and I will always think of him for everything he has done for me you... thinking about hiring a lawyer then you need to stop looking you've just found him most respected and honored lawyer in the U.S.A!!!!!

Andy is the most aggressive lawyers I have ever seen, he intimidates the prosecutors by his size and the way he speaks. He knows what's wrong and right and will always get his point across in the court room. I hired Andy after I was charged with first degree attempted murder and was finally granted a... bond months later. Three years down the line my case was dismissed.
