I’ve delt with Mr.Rier for about four years now. I was an inmate for five years and I was sentenced to a ten year probation violation sentence. I was also sentenced to a fifteen year minimum mandatory for the case I violated with, which was a 2nd degree attempt of murder and Aggravated battery with a... deadly weapon. Mr.Rier than put in a motion for a post-conviction motion to set aside convictions and Revocation of Probation. Everything turned out great Mr.Rier got up there along with his awesome assistant Johnathan Jordan and they fought for me as if I was there own child. Their work was sufficient, accurate and amazing ! I would not be the free man I am today had I not hired this Firm. We’ve had a few bumps in the road but we’ve managed to get over them. It wasn’t an easy case at all, but Mr.Rier and his collugeages did a wonderful job and got through it and they promised me I wasn’t going to prison and they kept that promise. I never went to prison I’m here with my daughter,family,friends and loved ones I couldn’t have been more satisfied with their performance.. The prosecutor had it out for my husband. After denying a bond and basically making fun of my previous attorney, she was finally shaken up when Mr. Rier walked into the courtroom.
