I was being charged with a DUI recently and my case was particularly difficult because I could not plea or get a DUI conviction because I am a Dreamer, DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipient and a DUI would not let me renew my DACA which in terms would mean I could get deported. I ha...ve never been in a situation like this and I was pretty frighten but the confidence and assurance that Mr. Rier gave me every time I met him kept me at ease. He was able to confidently fight my case and present facts and questions that made it evident that I should not get a guilty conviction and after about an hour of deliberation, the jury came with just that. Not guilty. I highly recommend working with Mr. Rier and his law firm. Although none of us hope to find ourselves in this sort of situation, its comforting to know that there are hard working and very knowledgeable people out there like Mr. Rier who can help you in these difficult situations.
