I am a Trust and Estates attorney in Miami Florida. I help clients organize their assets in a way that will allow them to transfer them to transfer them to the client's heirs in the manner the client wants, and as expeditiously and inexpensively as possible.

I help clients with taxable and non-taxable estates. Our firm's niche is helping foreign investors with U.S. assets, although we can and do help U.S. persons with these issues on a regular basis.

Additionally, I help clients draft other important documents such as a document allowing others to make medical decisions on behalf of the client, a document directing whether the client wants to be sustained by life support machines, a document designating a guardian for the client’s minor children (if he or she has any), and a document allowing another person to act on behalf of the client in financial or business matters even if the client later becomes incapacitated or unconscious. 

I help clients by properly forming and maintaining appropriate business entities (domestic and foreign), by drafting and reviewing business contracts, sitting on the board of directors of companies, and acting as trustee of clients’ trusts, when appropriate.

I speak Spanish and English with native proficiency, and I am conversational in Hebrew.

I believe that attorneys should always look to help clients resolve all their legal problems in the best manner possible. Often, legal cases involve multiple practice areas, and sometimes solving a problem in one area could create a problem in a different area. I am part of a network of excellent attorneys, each of whom focuses in a different practice area of law. So, when my client's case or issue could potentially affect other areas of law for them, I can quickly bring on board an attorney from the relevant practice area, so that we can find a solution that works for the client in all areas.
