OUTCOME: I worked around the clock, not sleeping for 48 hours, and was able to make the deal happen

My client found an opportunity to purchase a business, but there were a few wrinkles to the deal. First, the purchase had to happen within three days (usually a business purchase takes weeks or months) ... . Second, the purchase was made very complex by a number of things including (a) the nature of the business, (b) the corporate structure (c) the amount and types of payments (d) sub-par documentation from the entity being purchased.
