Professional, friendly, and respectful

My mother and I needed a bilingual attorney for will drafting and tax advice, so after some on-line research we chose their firm, Muinos & Morales in Coral Gables. My expectations were met in the way of promptly returned phone calls and e-mails, and questions answered to our satisfaction in both Engl...ish and Spanish. The unpretentious, friendly, cheerful and modern office setting was an added bonus and we never felt hurried or patronized as clients. While their fees were not inexpensive, they were competitive with other lawyers. They earned our trust and repeat business.

Debt judgement removal

Miss Morales proved to be a very competent attorney. She helped me obtain a release for a judgement that had been placed without my knowledge. She handled my case with integrity. Always kept me informed of what was happening. Always available for consultation. Friendly and very professional. I am ...very grateful for her advise, effort, and positive results. she is to be a very knowledgeable attorney to consult any legal matter with.

Grisel Morales, Muinos & Morales

Grisel Morales is a very detail oriented attorney. Her firm works with my office in collecting monies from unit owners who fail to pay their condominium maintenance on time. She works with the unit owner , and charges reasonable fees to the owner and the condominium. She reviews foreclosures and make...s sure all paperwork is filed by the bank before issuing an estoppel to ensure the condominium is collecting the correct amount due. She is on top of re-filing liens, and filing appropriate paper work due for bankruptcies and all other legal matters required. She also sends the monies received by her office to the condominium on time and does not keep it in escrow for months like other attorneys who offer condominium representation do.
