Todd is an expert civil trial attorney.  He is a board certified specialist in civil trial law as designated by the Florida Bar.   His areas of practice include catastrophic injuries and damages, product liability, including automobile and tire defects, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and consumer law. He has tried dozens of civil cases before juries and has obtained several verdicts of more than a Million Dollars in both federal and state courts.
 

Born and raised in Dade County, Todd is a partner of Stabinski & Funt, PA. He is a 1996 graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, and a 1994 graduate of the University of Michigan. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association of Justice, Florida Justice Association, Dade County Bar Association and  Board Member of the Florida Association for Insurance Refrom. He is married with two children and is fluent in Spanish.

 

Stabinski & Funt, P.A. has been serving accident vitcims and insurance policy holders  in Florida since 1970.  It is a family owned and managed law firm that has recovered hundreds of million of dollars in verdicts and settelments for its clients who have been iwronged and damaged by corporations and insurance companies.

Tobacco Trust Claim
Todd Stabinski and his staff were very helpful in my family obtaining a settlement for my mother and father-in-law from the Florida Tobacco Trust. He made the process easy and assisted obtaining many of the documents needed for the case. It was a wonderful legal experience working with Mr.Stabinski and his staff and I have recommended him to several of my friends.

After knowing Todd for years and having worked with him in the insurance industry with many claims, unfortunately time came earlier this year when I needed to hire him to protect my company in the business industry.Before, I heard many positive feed backs regarding him and his firm , this time I was able experience the same service in first hand. .He was very professional and his office staff was very helpful to help me trough the tough process. I hope I never need an attorney again, in case I do he is the only person I would call.

First time
This was the first time I had to use a lawyer he was very knowledgeable and kept me informed the whole way. He was very respectful and trustworthy and is great at was he does. I would only use him as my attorney

Highly recommend!
I had mold in my apartment and it was caused by water leaking from the apartment upstairs. Besides resolving my problem in a timely manner, he was always available when I needed to speak to him. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Best Lawyer to ever represent me.
Being in business for over twenty years I have used many lawyers. I was unhappy with all of them. They lied about there fees, were unprepared and never returned my calls to name a few things my past lawyers did. Mr. Stabinski was up front about any fees' I would receive. Was all ways available to answer any questions and when it was time to fight for my legal rights he was like Muhamed Ali in his prime.
