Biography
Todd is an expert civil trial attorney. He is a board certified specialist in civil trial law as designated by the Florida Bar. His areas of practice include catastrophic injuries and damages, product liability, including automobile and tire defects, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and consumer law. He has tried dozens of civil cases before juries and has obtained several verdicts of more than a Million Dollars in both federal and state courts.
Born and raised in Dade County, Todd is a partner of Stabinski & Funt, PA. He is a 1996 graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, and a 1994 graduate of the University of Michigan. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association of Justice, Florida Justice Association, Dade County Bar Association and Board Member of the Florida Association for Insurance Refrom. He is married with two children and is fluent in Spanish.
Stabinski & Funt, P.A. has been serving accident vitcims and insurance policy holders in Florida since 1970. It is a family owned and managed law firm that has recovered hundreds of million of dollars in verdicts and settelments for its clients who have been iwronged and damaged by corporations and insurance companies.
