I recommend that you not do it as Per Se or on your own as I intended however after speaking with Mr. Brooks he assured me the process was more than just paperwork. I trusted him and he really did an exceptionally awesome job for me. Mr. Brooks assigned Danay Machado Senior Paralegal who listened and... explained the process. I was very upset because I should not be in this position being railroaded Tudor Cay Condominium Association. However it was nothing the law firm could do about that but as lawyer representing me. It was the best possible outcome. My credit score increased significantly afterwards. I must also mention Anoinet who is just great. I thank all of you who took care of me while dealing with this emotional mess. It is a tough thing to deal with but Totally worth the small fee to hire Mr. Brooks and his team. Thank you so much.

He is not a lawyer who will protect you, He's out for himself. Selfish fraud!! He employees lie and pretend to want to help you in your time of need, But its all a lie and once you sign with him they get you. I would avoid him and all of his companies as most google reviews are lies and properly paid... for. I lost my case and was charged when i was told i would not own anything.

I've been dealing with these people since July and paid them all this money and took a class in order to file a Chp 7 only to be told at the last minute I couldn't. I have been emailing them for over a month and no one will return my call or email me back. I'm being sued, which is why I hired them in... the first place and I never got a chance to even speak to an attorney. A paralegal told me I couldn't file the 7 and I needed to switch to a Chp 13 but that's not going to happen. I want my money back because that's all the service I received-collecting my money! I'm going to the BBB to report them. They have literally messed my life up and almost homeless. So unprofessional!! I really can't believe no one will communicate with me but kept my money. Shame on you Michael Mercer, Brook Siegal and Mayra. I wish I could upload all the info and emails I've sent them.

I hired this lawyer for bankruptcy I paid my retainer fee it all my paperwork send it into him completed all my paperwork and found out that I had some money coming from another lawsuit which I didn’t realize at the time I was going to get let him know about this information in about this money comin...g in he didn’t get back to me in time made it sound like I can still complete the bankruptcy even though when I found out the full amount of money that I was gonna get back would’ve made bankruptcy unobtainable so I put $1000 down to the full amount that I was supposed to pay him to the file for the bankruptcy but since we never come went through with the bankruptcy he never gave me my money back I never got the thousand dollars back refunded to me he kept that And when I decided to cancel the bankruptcy he took forever to get back with me and then disputed the charges that we had I never got my money back and he was very unprofessional so I would never hire this lawyer for bankruptcy or any other legal matter Oh and by the way I asked him to send me receipts or invoices of the work that he supposedly did and he said that he would and he never did so I never got any kind of confirmation that he did any filings or anything for me so the guy is not it honest
