Biography
I have been practicing law in South Florida for 26 years. My firm has concentrated on labor and employment matters for the past twenty-four years. I started out in practing in the criminal courts, which allowed me to gain experience trying jury trials and arguing motions before the court. After a few years, I ventured into the employment litigation area of the law. We represent employers and deserving employees in all types of employment related disputes and issues, including wage and hour cases, employment discrimination and harassment cases, non-compete agreements, employment contracts, severance agreements, and whistle blowing claims.
