Biography
Prior to launching my firm in 2011, I worked for both a large national law firm in its Miami office and for several Miami-based boutique firms. For the first 15 years of my practice, I focused mostly on complex commercial litigation and appellate work in state and federal courts, domestic and international arbitration.
For the last 12 years, I have been assisting small and mid-sized businesses with their corporate formation, business acquisition and sale, corporate governance, contracting, employment, and general legal needs. I now exclusively provide these corporate transactional and outside general counsel services to existing businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs. I use my extensive experience litigating complex business disputes to assist clients with careful drafting and negotiation of their corporate governance and contractual agreements to avoid litigation.
