Joseph Patrick Vredevelt

I hired Joseph for a second DUI charge. Right from the start, before I even hired him he was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. He knows his stuff and had several angles to defend me. JI have had a few lawyers represent me on various types of cases. Joe Vredevelt happens to be the best one I have ever worked with. He does look young, but I've never met anyone with more compassion for law. He was always available to me and comforted me when I called, which may have been a little ...too much. We went to trial and he had an ability to speak to the jury with a down to earth attitude and his closing argument made me cry. He did such a good job explaining my story and why I was innocent. Joe defended me on a criminal case. He did a great job. He made some motions in before the trial and questioned the officer on the stand and he got the officer to admit that much of his report was incorrect. In the end the prosecutor dismissed the major charges that I was looking at doing up to 5 ...years in prison for and I took a plea to resisting the officer. Walked out of court a free man. Joe did a great job and he turned into a real bull dog when he argued my case.
