Jose Bernardo Lovo

Well I was in removal proceedings when I arrived to the Krome detention center in January I was frighten and nervous for what the consequences were gonna be with ICE. I contracted Mr. Lovo and I cant express my self, theres no words that have been in invented to describe how this man fought for me in... my defense. Mr lovo was always on top of my case making sure everything was going smoothly, even though we had some obstacles along the road but that did not stop Mr. lovo from keeping his faith up and keep working harder into my case, there sometimes so much your lawyer could do. The judge didnt want to give me a bond but that didnt stop Mr. lovo from keeping his faith up and keep trying to find other options that could apply to me so I can be home with my family Mr. lovo never gave up and fought till he found a way to release me and it happened he managed to find a way and now im home happy with my family. He cares a lot about his clients and takes good care of him, I would recommend him to anyone best lawyer out here hands down!!!!!!!

My husband was detained by ICE while reporting to his probation officer. His case was very severe, he had one charge. Extremely bad. Later on, the clerks office called him a said that he wanted to do a re-hearing. To make sure he heard both sides arguments and make a firm decision. Judge made the decision of not classifying my husband as an AF and he made bail and that night he was free to go. My husband was detained for one month and one week. Jose ALWAYS kept me in the loop. Answered all my questions at any given time. He is very reasonable when it comes to pricing. I cannot express how thankful I am for what he did. I would highly recommend him hands down!

From day one Mr. Lovo was completely honest. He directed us to the correct steps to take in the very difficult case my husband had encountered, like he always said "it's an all or nothing case".
