I/we hired Mr. Lovo when ice detained my husband on March 9th 2018 for a conviction he had on his record in 1999 . My husband has been a resident since 1999. He also had 3 other arrest that were dismissed by the court ,1997, 1998, 2014 . Mr lovo told us that he could apply for a waiver. We have been ...married since Oct 2005 and have 3 kids a 17yr old , 15th yr old, & 13th yr old . I'm a citizen and so are our kids . On March 17th my husband had his first hearing for a bond which mr.lovo had already advised us it wouldn't be granted because we had left the united states for a vacation in Dominican republic and when we returned the homeland security stopped him and paroled him for the 1999 conviction and mark him as a arriving alien. On the 17th the judge granted him a final hearing which was on March 23rd 2018 which he was granted the waiver and released the 24th of March 2018 . Mr lovo works very fast and is honest with his clients, also answered all my questions about the case at anytime of the day. I would recommend him mr.lovo 100% .

I was afraid for many years to be on the deportation list and never renewed my resident card since I got here in 1980, I had two convictions. After many years of suffering I came to visit his office with my parents and I was assist by Attorney Lovo, very honest and professional. He explained the en...tire process to us from beginning to end, the entire process took almost two years of going to Immigration and back the first time we went I took the test I passed the test but since I had some convictions they denied my case there for further review and them I was transfer to immigration court a year later. When that happen I was contacted by my attorney again and he send a motion to immigration court and it was granted the prosecutors never appealed so after another month of waiting to received the confirmation from the Immigration court, them we went ahead and re applied to my citizenship we did the entire process all over again from fingerprints to test and I was also denied at the day of the interview for further investigation but my file was super neat and everything that they need it this time was there we knew that this was going to happen as he advised us of the entire process, long story short two weeks later I received my letter stating that I was accepted and my Oath day. So finally after so many years of struggling and suffering I'm a United States Citizen. Now I have my passport, my voters registration card, and I'm a clean US citizen. I was finally able to take my daughter on her first cruise without having to make up excuses for her anymore. Well I was in removal proceedings when I arrived to the Krome detention center in January I was frighten and nervous for what the consequences were gonna be with ICE. I contracted Mr. Lovo and I cant express my self, theres no words that have been in invented to describe how this man fought for me in... my defense. Mr lovo was always on top of my case making sure everything was going smoothly, even though we had some obstacles along the road but that did not stop Mr. lovo from keeping his faith up and keep working harder into my case, there sometimes so much your lawyer could do. The judge didnt want to give me a bond but that didnt stop Mr. lovo from keeping his faith up and keep trying to find other options that could apply to me so I can be home with my family Mr. lovo never gave up and fought till he found a way to release me and it happened he managed to find a way and now im home happy with my family. He cares a lot about his clients and takes good care of him, I would recommend him to anyone best lawyer out here hands down!!!!!!!
